Features
  • SWORD Community Dongles are great if you want to administer therapy to multiple clients at the same time who are working at home on their home computers.
  • The best way to think of it is as follows: the SWORD Community USB Dongle converts any SWORD Home version into a professional version – but only whilst the Dongle is inserted into the computer. If the Dongle is not in the USB port of the computer, your client must simply run their exercises as a “SWORD Home” version from the "SWORD" desktop shortcut.
  • The next time it is inserted, the Dongle is a bit like playing a “Trump Card”. It instantly upgrades any SWORD installation to be a Professional version. You can then collect results, set new tasks, customize content, save these new settings, and then remove your USB Dongle and take it away. The user is left with their new settings to continue their therapy.
  • The starter pack for the Dongle consists of:
  • • 3 Community Home licenses .These are SWORD Home Versions which are installed on the clients’ home computer by inserting the Dongle and running an installer. (Therapists might choose to install one of these licenses in the clinic if required).
  • • 1 SWORD ADMIN dongle to administrate them. The therapist keeps this with them, and inserts it into any computer with a SWORD Community Home license. They can then run the SWORD ADMIN tool directly from the Dongle to customize the program/view results etc on that computer. It gives you the full ADMIN functionality of the Professional Version.
  • • You can purchase additional Community Home Licenses (£85+VAT for each additional home license) if you wish at a later date
  • • If you currently are running SWORD Professional and would prefer to move to this system please let us know and we can offer upgrade prices.
